Pork Gammon Joint bringing you ‘old fashion traditional’ dry cure joints which are perfect for boiling or roasting. They have a traditional crisp clean flavour because he dry cure is added by hand.  Because of this they are great all year round. The meat is taken from our Saddleback and Gloucester Old Spot pigs which are outdoor reared and free range.
