Meadow Beef brisket joint is a cut of meat taken from the breast or lower chest of the animal. Therefore making it full of flavour and ideal for slow cooking.
Our Beef is mainly from grass fed British Whites and White Park cattle which are the best of all breeds. This is because they have direct links to the wild cattle of Britain. In addition we also rear Hereford and Highland Cross cattle.
