Meadow Beef Mince comes from the breast of the animal and is ideal for many traditional dishes. This includes Spaghetti Bolognese, Lasagne and beef burgers.
Our beef is mainly from grass fed British Whites and White Park cattle which are the best of all the breeds having direct links to the wild cattle of Britain. We also rear Hereford and Highland Cross cattle.
